University of Oxford

The University of Oxford is a collegiate research university in Oxford, England. With evidence of teaching as early as 1096, it is the oldest university in the English-speaking world and the world's second-oldest university in continuous operation. The university is a federal system of 39 self-governing colleges and a range of academic departments, with buildings and facilities scattered throughout the city centre.
