University of Abomey-Calavi

The University of Abomey-Calavi (UAC) is the largest and oldest public higher education institution in the Republic of Benin. Founded in 1970 as the University of Dahomey, it was renamed the University of Abomey-Calavi in 1999. As a vital academic center in Benin and West Africa, UAC plays a crucial role in cultivating national talent and promoting regional development.
